The company search identification in avoids risk situations for health, which can prejudice the people physical integrity. The realized work by the Work Security Dept. (SEESMT) is a part of a constant education process. This process also is being applied for accidents prevention on Romagnole facilities. On the preventive actions, it emphases the trainings and collaborators capacitating for accidents prevention and with this we make behavior changes in all the business facilities by first aid trainings, EPI´s use, presentations and others security aspects which are offered to the collaborators regularly. As a preventive action, the labor gym is one of the most used resources on the facilities and involves diary all the collaborators where in 10 minutes, they do these exercises, which are related to their specified activities. The gym is made on the labor beginning and during the workday journey. For a sector management, the corporation has an organogram where the directors, managers, SEESMT and specialized assessors have a perfect integration. For this, periodically the business facilities and the executive board make a meeting to review the goals and new objectives to be implemented and incorporated do the day by day in all the operational unities. Because of this the company elaborate the individual PPRA, where all the risks are identified, quantified & qualified; and the improvement actions on the business facilities walk in consonance with the philosophy and beliefs of Romagnole Produtos Eletricos Ltda. The operational unity also has CIPA´S and the responsible professionals to help them on the implementation since the management system. All the occurrences are analyzed and studied and the corrective actions are proposed to reduce the risk on the labor environment. Another important point in the company are the actions for the workers conscious and for this trainings and integration on the first day of work also with occupational technical trainings, with the objective to have health prevention and collaborators physical integrity.   |
