The Romagnole Young Apprentice Program opens doors to the job market for young people aged 18 to 23 who are currently enrolled in or have completed high school. With over a thousand young people benefiting from this program, it's an excellent opportunity for those seeking qualifications and entry into the corporate world.

The "Young Apprentice" program is conducted in partnership with SENAI (National Service for Industrial Training) and provides professional and personal development aligned with the needs and expectations of the company and the job market. Alongside the program, young people participate in technical courses such as Production Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Electrotechnician, Welder, and Electromechanical Technician, thus expanding their qualifications and professional opportunities. During their time at the company, young apprentices are immersed in a learning and growth environment, and at the end, those who excel in their areas may be hired permanently by the company.
