Primary power input substation for 15 to 36 kV, multi-metering and medium voltage protection.
Application
Substations for utility companies, industrial facilities, pumping stations, and renewable energy plants that require multi-metering at medium voltage.
Technical and specific characteristics
– Fully armored cubicle made of steel sheet with factory galvanization.
– Roof with slope for water drainage (for outdoor use)
– Metal partitions forming independent compartments
– Front and rear doors equipped with internal hinges and latches.
– Protective grilles made of safety mesh for interior access.
– Pressure relief caps to protect against internal arcs
– Electrolytic copper busbars sized according to ABNT standards.
Epoxy insulators, guaranteeing total resistance to stress.
Internal grounding system
– Devices for seals, arranged according to the standards of the concessionaires.
The enclosure is equipped with a metal cover for protection against accidental contact with live parts inside and against water ingress, with protection levels in accordance with ABNT NBR IEC 60529.
The covers, doors, and other metal parts receive anti-corrosion treatment and paint suitable for the conditions in which they will be installed.

Specific characteristics of the materials used must be defined during the product quotation process.
The cabin must initially be powered on without any load, i.e., without any transformer connected to its output, to verify that it is in compliance for operation.
Before carrying out any work, make sure the cabin structure has been grounded.
