The Romagnole iGrid voltage regulator is an autotransformer with 32 positions plus neutral (zero position), which can operate in step-down or step-up mode by reversing the polarity of its coils.
Application
Romagnole iGrid Voltage Regulators were developed for use in overhead power distribution networks in the 15kV voltage class.
Technical and specific characteristics
Tank designed to operate outdoors, in accordance with NBR 11809.
Pressure relief valve, for safety.
– Tank grounding at the bottom, easy to connect.
Bushings conforming to NBR 5034
– Easy-to-read oil level indicator with minimum and 25°C markings
– Easy-to-read switch position indicator without drilling into the tank.
– Zinc oxide surge arrester with polymeric housing between bushings F and C
Compatible with SEL 2431 relay.
