The energy that reaches your home passes through a Romagnole product.
Romagnole Produtos Elétricos SA is one of the largest manufacturers of electrical products in Brazil. Operating in this market since 1962, the company offers a wide range of distribution, industrial and power transformers, entry, metering, transformation, sectioning and protection cabinets, electrotechnical hardware, Smart Grid, poles and other concrete products used in electrical networks.
Over the years, the quality of the materials it manufactures, combined with its integrity in negotiations, has made Romagnole a benchmark in its field. Its products are present throughout Brazil and in countries in the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East.

Romagnole has two production units for electrotechnical hardware, equipped and staffed with highly qualified professionals to develop products within the most rigorous technical standards and specifications, in order to meet the standards established by electricity concessionaires in Brazil and abroad.

With the goal of efficiently and quickly serving regional markets, Romagnole has six manufacturing plants for concrete products, strategically distributed across the southern, southeastern, and central-western regions of Brazil.
What do you need today?
Romagnole maintains a permanent project for the management and disposal of waste generated in its production and administrative processes. In this way, the company reuses or recycles 95% of its waste, including materials such as paper, scrap metal, wood, ink sludge, and solvents, among others. The remaining 5% is sent to licensed companies responsible for the final disposal of this waste.
Concerned with the preservation of natural resources, Romagnole has a program to reduce water and electricity consumption, which has been showing highly positive results. The success of this program is due to the awareness-raising work carried out with employees.
The relentless pursuit of production processes and technologies that reduce the use of inputs and have less impact on the environment is a reality at Romagnole. Among the initiatives developed, the campaign to reduce paper use and the acquisition of equipment for the recovery of acids and solvents stand out.
With a focus on environmental education for its internal audience, Romagnole holds an annual Environmental Week. This project, which has already involved more than four thousand people, brings important information about environmental issues to employees and connects them with the main projects developed by Romagnole in this area.
Environmental awareness among employees is an ongoing process carried out through training sessions throughout the year, as well as during the onboarding process for new employees. This effort is reinforced by the company newsletter and other internal communication channels.
Romagnole seeks to encourage its employees to plant trees. To this end, it regularly distributes seedlings of native Atlantic Forest species, providing guidance on the correct planting methods. This program has already been responsible for planting more than three thousand new trees.
Romagnole conducts several environmental education projects in municipal schools in Mandaguari (PR), which include lectures given by the company's own employees. Topics covered include selective waste collection, responsible water and electricity consumption, environmental preservation, and tree planting.
Given the large volume of recyclable materials generated by Romagnole, the company has instituted an internal program for selective waste collection. This program has been intensified through employee training and the distribution of informational materials.
Romagnole complies with current national legislation and holds environmental licenses for all its activities. Furthermore, environmental monitoring of all its production processes is carried out through periodic environmental analyses of water, soil, and air quality to ensure that nothing deviates from the established standards for each activity. Annually, the company also conducts an internal audit of its facilities to check the environmental quality of its processes.
To make clear Romagnole's commitment not only to quality but also to environmental, health, and safety issues, in 2010 the company intensified its efforts in these areas and began the process of implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. This process will combine these certifications with the ISO 9001 standard, forming an Integrated Management System (IMS) that will fulfill the commitment to good quality without harming the environment and preserving the life and safety of employees.
At the end of the Romagnole product lifecycle, its components (concrete, metal, oil, wood, and contaminated parts) can be sent for post-use treatment/recycling or final disposal by specialized companies.
Our Human Resources area focuses on policies aimed at the professional and personal development of employees, as well as disseminating its values and internal practices to all professionals.
Technical and behavioral training programs are constantly offered. The company's formal career development program describes all the skills required for each position. Another concern is maintaining open and active communication channels within the corporation, through which employees can express themselves by asking questions, making suggestions, and sharing their opinions.
